Let us start out by saying that we would recommend Eric to anyone. Going in as first time home buyers, we weren’t sure what to expect. Eric was a referral from a family member initially. What we loved about him right off the bat was his honesty. He is not a “typical salesman” that is going to try to get you into the most expensive house to make his commission check – No. He cares about each and every customer of his. He listens to the needs and the wants and then based off of what you’ve told him, makes some recommendations. He’s honest. If he doesn’t like something about the house for a certain reason, he’ll tell you and we loved that. He’s also one of the most hard working people we’ve met. We would be sending him listing after listing after listing (some times until midnight!!) and he would respond right away, and make sure we had the listing time scheduled for that next day. Due to COVID-19, there are a lot of rules and regulations with realtors and what they can and cant do with their clients. My Fiance and I found a house and knew it was going to go quick so Eric got into his car and drove 30+ minutes out there (in the pouring rain) just to face time with us throughout the house. He was practically on his hands and knees under the porch in the mud showing us the beams! If that’s not dedication to your customer, I’m not sure what is. If Eric says that he’s going to get something done, he is. The work ethic, reliability and knowledge that he has is untouchable.
